9.7 To use Gift Cards or eGift Cards in-store simply present your card to the cashier at the till.

9.8 To use your Gift Card online, input the card number and PIN at the payment stage of your order. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more that 3 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.

9.9 When spending online the value of your purchase will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card or eGift Card. 9.11 If you do not spend the entire balance of a cardboard Gift Card in-store, your remaining balance will be issued to a new Gift Card, and the old card will have no further monetary value. Online the remaining balance will be available on the same card after each transaction.

9.13 Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.

9.16 Gift Cards or eGift Cards are not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.

9.17 All Gift Cards or eGift Cards hold an expiry date, please refer to the back of your card or details on your eGift Card for further information. If this is not detailed, please use the online balance and expiry date checker in the My Account section of the website.

9.18 If any product purchased with a Gift Card or eGift Card is subsequently returned or exchanged for product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be returned to the original Gift Card or eGift Card. If you do not have the original Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued for in-store refunds or a new eGift Card will be issued.

9.19 Argos Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw Gift Cards or eGift Cards, and the right to amend these terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.

9.20 Gift Cards or eGift Cards must be treated like cash, Argos Ltd cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards and they will not be replaced.

The holder of the Gift Card is solely responsible for its use and custody. In the event of loss or theft, the Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. In such cases, presentation of the Gift Card purchase receipt and/or payment receipt shall not give entitlement to an exchange or refund of the Gift Card. In cases where details of the Gift Card number or codes are not clear, Mango employees reserve the express right to accept it or not.
The Gift Card entitles its holder the exclusive right to purchase, according to the existing balance of the card, one or several garments and/or accessories on sale at that moment at mango.com located in the same country said card was purchased. Consequently, the Gift Card cannot, under any circumstance, be exchanged for cash or exchanged for gift cards or similar instruments (namely gift vouchers, promotional codes, among others) of other commercial establishments. Only one Gift Card can be used per order as a form of payment and they cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts. Furthermore, the Gift Card is not valid at Mango stores or at Mangooutlet.com. The Gift Card may be used solely and exclusively in the country in which it was purchased. Under no circumstances may it be used in a country other than the one in which it was purchased.

The value of the Gift Card is that from the moment it is activated. The Gift Card may be used to make any purchases the holder wishes until the balance of the card runs out. The balance of the Gift Card will diminish as it is used to purchase garments and/or accessories. The existing balance of the Gift Card can be consulted at mango.com.

The resolution of any conflict, dispute or discrepancy that may arise in relation to the Gift Card shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and submitted before the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona with express waiver to any other jurisdiction that may apply.
